The "Solid North" Leads 2025 Midterm Party-list Survey

The recently formed "Solid North" party-list has emerged as a leader among “Top Choice Party-lists” for the upcoming 2025 Midterm Elections.

In a October survey conducted by "Tangere" from the beginning of October, findings indicate that the Solid North Party-list is advancing and leading among voter support from 44 party-lists with a high probability of securing representation in the House of Representatives.

According to the survey, the Solid North Party-list is projected to win a seat in the House, which is considered a significant milestone compared to established groups such as ACT-CIS, 4Ps, and Ako Bicol. Also competing for a first seat are Malasakit@Bayanihan, Agri Party-list, and FPJ Panday Bayanihan.
The Tangere survey used a sample of 2,400 participants using a mobile-based app and a “stratified random sampling method”.

According to “Solid North” chairman and president of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines, La Paz, Abra Mayor JB Bernos Ching Bernos, this survey result is a great privilege and serves as an early "de facto mandate". If given the chance to gain a legislative seat, he stated, they will commit wholeheartedly to public service.

The Solid North Party-list represents an estimated 15 provinces in northern Luzon, particularly in Regions 1, 2, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and three additional provinces, embodying the identity of "Timpuyog ti Amianan" or "Unity in the North."

The core goal of Solid North is to ensure that development projects in the northern part of the country are felt and realized.
Tangere Chief Executive Officer Martin Peñaflor noted that the survey results reflect the significant support of voters in party-list groups focused on the welfare of underserved communities, particularly those addressing the needs of the agricultural sector and farmers.
